Hints & Tips

Divide your group into teams in advance and get a good group dynamic happening. Try putting people into the same team that don't normally work together.
Comfortable shoes are a must. Some walking is involved but not too much.
It is not a race so no fitness level is required. The hunt is conducted at a reasonable pace with plenty of stops along the way.
We suggest everyone bring a bottle of water with them. Treasure hunting can be thirsty work! Although, there is always an opportunity throughout the hunt, to stop for a drink or two.
Sunblock or a hat are highly recommended especially during summer.
Please do not bring heavy briefcases or laptops. Handbags and backpacks are fine.
Give each team a disposable camera. You'll visit some beautiful locations plus have the opportunity to take incriminating photos of your workmates!
Ask each team to wear different coloured bandanas. We suggest buying them from Canteen (Teenage Cancer Organisation) 9382 1563. There's eight fab colours and they're only $4 each - have fun and support a good cause at the same time.
If you want to go one step further, ask each team to come up with their own 'team theme' - we may even give extra prizes for the best outfits! (The best we've seen so far was the entire cast from Gilligan's Island complete with palm tree!)
Most importantly - come with an open mind, think outside the square and be prepared for some skullduggery! Unleash the pirate within and say AARRRRGH!!!
